1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company code, and password when you create an account. We also collect usage data including device information, log data, and communication activity within the app.
2. Location Data We Collect
While you have an active task, Pulse Track collects your precise device location — including while the app is running in the background — to plot your live route and automatically detect your arrival at the task destination.
Background location collection only happens while a task is active, and stops as soon as you complete or stop the task. Before this collection begins, the app shows you an in-app disclosure explaining this and requires your explicit consent.
Your location during a task is shared with your dispatcher/team so they can track task progress and confirm completion. We do not collect or track your location at any other time.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to provide our core services (including sharing your task location with your dispatcher/team as described in Section 2).
6. Push Notifications
Pulse Track may send push notifications to your device for communication alerts and updates. You can control notification preferences in your device settings or within the app.

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You may also request a copy of your data or opt out of certain data processing activities by contacting us.
